Any body heard about Formosa HDS accident occured March 06, 2006, Please inform me recent developement and the suspected cause, if any.

The incident is being investigated by the Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board:

The CSB is not going to conduct a root-cause investigation. They will release a report on this incident later in the year.
