I'm looking for the Kinematic Viscosity and Density in kg/m3 for propane gas.

You need to be more specific:

(1) Are you talking about pure propane in its gaseous state? If so, what is the temperature and pressure?

(2) Are you talking about pure propane as a liquid fuel stored in a propane cylinder or propane tank? If so, what is the temperature of the liquid propane?

(3) Are you talking about LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas) which may be pure propane or a mixture of propane and butane? If so, what is the temperature of the LPG and what is its composition (i.e., how much propane, how much isobutane and how normal butane)? Milton Beychok
