Toluene swelling in elastomeric seals

I have been asked to evaluate the potential issues with volume swelling of sealing materials caused by aromatics in a gas treatment facility.  Two of the sealing materials being considered are Buna-N and Viton (two commonly used materials in this application).  The fluid is a condensate with unusually high levels of BTEX (9%).  Other compatibility issues aside, is this enough to cause problems with swelling in these sealing materials?

Buna N NO, Viton Yes and Kalrez is the top of the line.  Try this link for more information
