I am trying to find a book or website where i can get a diagram of a pump jack with all the parts labeled.

Lufkin and/or Ampscot have great diagrams in their manuals. Call Lufkin at 936-634-2211 and ask for installation manual CU-02. Alternatively, contact Weatherford-Ampscot at 1-800-AMPSCOT and ask for their Operators Manual.
They would probably be pleased to provide you with a copy of their literature.
